Before commencing your role as a volunteer or other personnel at Mater Dei Primary School, you are required to:

Complete the Volunteer and Other Personnel Registration Form once you have completed the training.

You will need to download, print and complete your registration form, which is contained within your online training. Please provide a copy to the school office prior to commencing your role.
- Review applicable Volunteer Statement of Responsibilities
- Submit your statement of completion
- Print and complete the Volunteer WHS Induction Checklist and provide a copy to the school office.
Each time you visit Mater Dei Catholic Primary School to work as a volunteer, you are required to sign in as a volunteer. The office has a sign-in book, where you record your name, time of arrival and volunteer number.
We are mindful that becoming a volunteer in a school is a complex process. Our volunteers are highly valued here at Mater Dei and your role in helping at school is a critical one to our daily life and the provision of high-quality education to our students.
